End User License Agreement

Last updated: 26 October 2026. Applies to the Resonance 137 game and the R137 Companion app (“the software”).

1. License

Msedek grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the software for your own non-commercial entertainment, on devices you own or control, subject to this agreement and to the rules of the store you got it from.

2. Ownership

The software, its art, characters, music, code and all content, including virtual items, are owned by Msedek or its licensors and are licensed, not sold.

3. Restrictions

You may not copy, sell, rent or distribute the software; modify, decompile or reverse-engineer it except where the law expressly allows; remove copyright notices; circumvent its security, encryption or anti-cheat measures; or use it to build a competing product.

4. Mature content

The software is rated Mature (17+) and contains intense violence and blood. It is intended for adults.

5. Online features

Online features, the companion app and virtual items are governed by the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

6. Updates

We may deliver updates automatically. Some features may require the latest version.

7. Termination

This license ends if you break this agreement. When it ends, you must stop using and delete the software.

8. Warranty and liability

The software is provided “as is”, without warranties beyond those the law requires. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the software. Consumer rights that cannot be waived are not affected.

9. Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Chile, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection in your country. Contact: [email protected].
