Privacy Policy

Who we are
Resonance 137 and R137 Companion are developed by Msedek, an independent developer based in Chile (“we”). Contact for any privacy question or request: [email protected].
The short version
- No ads, no third-party analytics, no tracking SDKs, no selling or sharing of your data.
- Your game data travels end-to-end encrypted between your own devices. Our servers relay and store sealed data they cannot read.
- We keep only what is needed to link your devices and keep the service secure.
What we collect and why

Private keys never leave your devices. We do not collect your real name, contacts, location, photos, microphone or camera data. The Android app requests only internet access.
Purchases
If we offer cosmetic items or points, payments are processed by the store you buy from (for example Google Play or Steam). We receive a confirmation of the purchase, not your card or bank details.
Who processes data for us
- Cloudflare, Inc. — network delivery and protection of resonance137.com. Cloudflare terminates the encrypted connection to our servers, but game content is additionally sealed end to end and cannot be read there.
- Google (Google Play) and Valve (Steam) — distribution and payments, under their own privacy policies.
Age
Resonance 137 is rated Mature (17+). The game and the companion app are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 17, or under 16 in the European Union. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your data, and to restrict or object to its processing. In the European Union and the United Kingdom these are your rights under the GDPR; you may also complain to your local data protection authority. Residents of California have equivalent rights under the CCPA/CPRA; we do not sell or share personal information. You can unlink any device from the app at any time; unlinking deletes that device’s key and data from our servers.
International transfers
Our servers operate from Chile and our network provider operates globally. Where data leaves the European Economic Area we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
Security
Every request is signed with a key held only by your device, connections use TLS 1.2 or later, the apps only trust the certificate authorities our network uses, and game content is encrypted end to end with AES-256 and authenticated with HMAC-SHA256.
Changes
We will post any change here with a new date, and tell you in the app if the change is significant.
