Terms of Service
Last updated: 26 October 2026. These terms cover the Resonance 137 online services: accounts, the R137 Companion app and its servers, and any future online features (trading, auction house, store).
1. Agreement
By creating an account, linking a device or using the companion app you agree to these terms, to the End User License Agreement and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. Eligibility
Resonance 137 is rated Mature (17+) and contains intense violence and blood. You must be at least 17 years old, and old enough to accept these terms where you live.
3. Your account and devices
- Owning the game on one supported platform gives your account access on the others where the platform allows it.
- You link devices with one-time codes and confirm each new device yourself. Keep your devices secure; unlink any device you lose.
- Do not share, sell or transfer your account.
4. Virtual items and points
- We may offer cosmetic items and points that can be bought with real money. Cosmetic items change appearance only and do not give gameplay power.
- Points and virtual items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money and can only be used inside Resonance 137. You receive a limited license to use them, not ownership.
- Purchases are final and non-refundable, except where the store you bought from or the law where you live requires a refund. If you are in the European Union, you agree that digital content is delivered immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery starts.
- In-game gold is earned by playing. Gold and items may never be bought or sold for real money outside our official store.
5. Rules of conduct
You may not cheat, use bots or exploits, tamper with or reverse-engineer the services or their security, attack or overload our servers, sell accounts, items or gold for real money, or harass other players. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
6. Pre-release and testing
Testing builds may be unstable, may reset data and may change without notice. Do not share testing builds or confidential information about them.
7. Availability and changes
The services are provided “as is”. We work to keep them available and secure, but we do not guarantee they will always be uninterrupted. We may change or discontinue features; we will give reasonable notice when a change affects purchased items.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.
9. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Chile, without depriving you of the protection of mandatory consumer law of the country where you live. Contact us first at [email protected]; we will try to resolve any issue in good faith.
10. Changes to these terms
We will post changes here with a new date and notify you in the app when they are significant.
